I got a crown... And boy oh boy.. It was a wonderful experience. The thing I appreciate the most is how professional my doctor was. She explained everything very clear to me. I could tell she was confident in her work and that really relieved my nerves. The new technology was amazing. I was impressed in how the crown fit perfect in between my teeth. Even now if feels great. She got all the cement from in between and on the tooth. I also got some other work done. I didn't know that because of my receding gums that actually showed the dentum, that it was possible to cover that up. Now I no longer have that crazy sensitivity with cold and hot stuff. I'm so happy. She was fast and keep talking to me to make sure I was ok. Dr Leung is very talented. If you need work. Go see her. She is good.

Dr. Rashid when she did my filling she was so considerate since I was in pain since I could feel her drilling my tooth down to put the cavity filing and so she stopped until the novocaine kicked in. Then she asked me if I could feel it a lot more and I said just keep going.

I have been coming to Westford Dentistry for over ten years now. I moved the entire family to Westford Dentistry. They have a great team who take great care of our teeth. I like the flexible hours of going early morning or late at night, and we even manage to find openings over holiday breaks for teeth cleaning for my children, since I am never sure of when and how long they will be home for. My children also enjoy going to the dentist now. A colleague of mine recommended this practice to me, and I would do the same. I just met the new dentist and she did a great job fixing a chipped tooth and a filling for a receded gum line. My smile looks better for sure. I had a very hard time getting an appt because I had some unavoidable cancels prior. Too many for sure. I arrived with a painful tooth and came away with a same-day appointment for a root canal and a calm explanation of what that would entail along with assurances that it wasn't that bad. The truth is, they were totally correct! Jackie and Dr. Rashid are great, and the receptionist is also wonderful to work with!

Had a great 1st experience here. Going to the dentist isn’t exactly a fun time, but they were wonderful at talking through what they were doing, showing me images of my teeth so I could see what they were seeing (pretty cool) and even checking on the cost of certain procedures with my insurance to let me know before I decided to move forward. I loved how involved the dentist was in the process (my last place they only popped in for a couple minutes at the very end). Would recommend!

I was apprehensive about going to the dentist as it had been well over 10 years since my last appointment with a different practice. The team at Westford dentistry helped me to feel very comfortable immediately with a warm welcome at the front desk. The dental assistant Maria was friendly and was expedient with getting all of those new patient x-rays done in a comfortable manner. Dr. Hong was amazing. She took her time with me in explaining my situation, answering my questions and drawing up a game plan to best address a couple of concerns. I never felt judged by any member of the team concerning the considerable lapse between dental visits. I don’t think that I have ever had a better cleaning thanks to Dr. Hong’s attention to detail. 5 stars on my first visit.

I usually see Dr Rashid, but 5 days before my cleaning I chipped a crown so they got me in quickly to see Dr Hong. She was delightful and solved the problem (polishing the rough spot) and made me feel confident about what to pay attention to if the crown gets worse. My husband, kids and I have been patients here for over 25 years. We couldn’t be happier with the care we get from the doctors, hygienists, and office staff! I called with a very painful toothache yesterday and they had me come in just a few hours later. They quickly determined that I needed a referral to a specialist and called to get me in asap. I’m going on Monday. They also have a 3D printing machine for crowns!! I’ve gotten a couple and I go in for the impression and come home with a well fitted crown in an hour!!!

Unexpectedly, I started to experience some discomfort around an upper molar and decided to make an appointment to see my dentist as soon as possible. I called Westford Dentistry at 8:30 a.m. on Thursday, described my situation, and was given an appointment to see Dr. Hong less than an hour later at 9:20 a.m. After a thorough exam and an X-ray, Dr. Hong determined I had an infection in the area above my tooth. I was given a prescription for an antibiotic and a referral to an endodontist for further evaluation and possible root-canal procedure. Within 24 hours of my appointment, I was feeling better and sincerely appreciate the responsiveness, attentiveness, and advice delivered by Dr. Hong and the entire team at Westford Dentistry. The staff is awesome, always professional and friendly. A special call out to the staff who I have always have the privilege of working with.... Jackie, Keri, Mita and Melanie for their truly exceptional services. Dr. Rashid is always friendly and explains everything to you to provide you with your options. I do miss Dr. Ross, as he was my dentist for over 20 years, while he has retired, I know he left all his patients in good hands with Dr. Rashid. COVID protocol is being followed at the office and by the staff.
This Dentistry is amazing. The personal attention and really love they show to the customer is amazing. Don't believe me, just go get your teeth cleaned and ask for Jahna. She is amazing. They all are. You will NOT be disappointed.

I always receive excellent and sensitive-to-my-needs dental care here. I'm a gagger with a small mouth, making x-rays a challenge for the hygienist and me. But Mita has been very patient, accommodating my affliction with good humor. When I got home, I was surprised to read in the November newsletter that Dr. Ross would be retiring completely soon. I wish him well! I will miss Dr. Ross's soft-spoken, comforting demeanor and excellent personal and dental care. I appreciate the modern dental equipment he has incorporated into the clean, bright, and welcoming space ; the up-to-date in-house therapies and technologies he has introduced; and the friendly, capable staff he has assembled and trained. I wish I had known about his impending retirement when I was there yesterday so that I could have said a proper goodbye to him and tell him face-to-face how much I appreciate him and his good work.

Great experience! This was my first visit and I'm actually moving soon but they were amazing at helping me with the issue I was having. I felt comfortable, they were helpful, and very nice throughout the whole visit. They worked with me and referred me and told me ways to cut the cost for what I needed. I definitely recommend :)

I love Westford Dentistry, from the friendly staff to my wonderful hygenist Mita who is very easy to talk with about issues and is very calming and gentle working my mouth!! Of course I miss Dr Ross and the many many years I have known him but Dr. Rashid is as well very friendly and professional and hope to work with her for years and years.
